The cooperative maintains waiting lists and at the current time the waiting lists are closed for the townhouse and 1+2 bedroom apartments (55+ years).

Wait time can be between 12-36 months, depending on the unit required.

Schedule to attend an Information Session, the second Wednesday of each month, at 3110 Sheppard Ave E, Scarborough.

Registration is 6:30 pm, meeting starts 7:00 pm.
